Vocational training for underprivileged women: Beauty & Grooming

Culturally, many women from underprivileged backgrounds are likely to be married at a rather young age. Vocational skills like computer, sewing, beauty treatments etc. allow these women to pursue financial independence and help in their skill development. Naata Foundation has been organising vocational training and conducting skill development workshops for low income families for almost a decade now. We love to see our community flourish and have successfully managed to up-skill and find employment for several individuals over the past years and continue to do so.

We are proud to announce our association with SNDT college, YMCA and other organisations to bring professional beauticians to train our women in the community. On finishing these beauty and grooming course, we'll help them get internships at salons and beauty parlours which can be then converted into full time jobs. As you're aware, almost all of our work is crowdfunded and this is your chance to get involved and make a difference! No amount is too small in making the dreams of these girls to be financially independent come true. Please donate whatever you can manage.
